Genesco Inc. is a retailer and wholesaler of footwear, apparel and accessories. The Company operates in five segments: Journeys Group, Schuh Group, Lids Sports Group, Johnston & Murphy Group and Licensed Brands. Its Journeys Group segment includes Journeys, Journeys Kidz, Shi by Journeys, Little Burgundy and Underground by Journeys retail stores, catalog and e-commerce operations. Schuh Group operates over 110 Schuh stores, averaging approximately 5,000 square feet, which include both street-level and mall locations in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and Germany. Lids Sports Group operates approximately 1,330 stores, including over 920 Lids stores, approximately 230 Lids Locker Room and Clubhouse stores and over 180 Locker Room by Lids leased departments.
