On April 5, 2018, John Brantl resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Genco Shipping & Trading Limited (the “Company’), and the Board appointed Daniel Han to serve as Mr. Brantl’s successor on the Board on the recommendation of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
