the Company participated in the 29th Annual ROTH Conference, at
the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Dana Point, CA. GEE Group’s Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer, Derek Dewan, presented at 2:00 pm
PDT, as well as will participate in one-on-one meetings at the
conference. A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit
99.1.
