On July 18, 2019, GATX Corporation (“GATX”) issued a press release that included unaudited financial statements and supplemental financial information for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. The press release incorrectly stated that the average renewal term for cars included in GATX’s Lease Price Index (“LPI”) during the second quarter was 53 months. The correct average renewal term for cars included in the LPI during the second quarter was 40 months.
