On May 23, 2017, GameStop Corp.’s Board of Directors approved a cash dividend to its stockholders. The quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share of Class A Common Stock will be paid on June 20, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 7, 2017. This announcement was included in a press release distributed on May 25, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
