On October 18, 2017, Fulton Financial Corporation posted its 2017 Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (DFAST) Results (the “DFAST Disclosure”) on its Investor Relations website at www.fult.com, as required under Section 165(i)(2) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the implementing regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The DFAST Disclosure is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
