On October30, 2017, Fulton Financial Corporation (“Fulton”) announced that the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (the “OCC”) has terminated the Consent Orders issued by the OCC on July14, 2014 to three of Fulton’s bank subsidiaries, Fulton Bank, N.A., FNB Bank, N.A. and Swineford National Bank, relating to deficiencies in the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering compliance programs at those banks.

The press release issued by Fulton containing the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
