On May11, 2017, Franklin Street Properties Corp. (the Company)
held its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the 2017 Annual
Meeting). The 2017 Annual Meeting was called for the following
purposes: (1)to elect two ClassIII directors, each to serve for a
term expiring at the 2020 annual meeting of stockholders and
until his or her respective successor is duly elected and
qualified, (2)to ratify the Audit Committees appointment of Ernst
Young LLP as the Companys independent registered public
accounting firm for the fiscalyear ending December31, 2017, (3)to
approve, by non-binding vote, the Companys executive
compensation, and (4)to recommend, by non-binding vote, the
frequency of future executive compensation advisory votes.

elected at the 2017 Annual Meeting for a new three-year term and
