On February 24, 2017, John A. Young, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Fluidigm Corporation (the “Company”) notified the Company that he intended to resign from the Board no later than the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Young continues to serve as director at the time of this report and has not otherwise determined a date for his resignation.
