OnFebruary 6, 2019, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of FLIR Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) approved for 2019 an increase in the annual base salary of Mr. James Cannon, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, from $850,000 to $920,000.
