(b)        On April 4, 2017, Patrick J. Dalton resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Fifth Street Senior Floating Rate Corp. (the “Company”). Also on April 4, 2017, Mr. Dalton resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company. Mr. Dalton’s resignation from the Board was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
