On September 22, 2017, Alexander C. Frank resigned from his roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Fifth Street Asset Management Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of September 30, 2017. Following the effectiveness of this resignation, Mr. Frank will remain a member of the Company’s board of directors. Mr. Frank’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
