offers to purchase for cash up to $2,000,000,000 aggregate
principal amount of its 2.850% Senior Notes due October15, 2018,
3.625% Senior Notes due October15, 2020, 4.500% Senior Notes due
October15, 2022, 3.500% Senior Notes due April15, 2023, 3.875%
Senior Notes due June5, 2024, and 5.000% Senior Notes due
