Item 9.01 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January30, 2019, Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) issued a press release and will hold a conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter and full year ended December31, 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
