On March14, 2018, Express, Inc. issued a press release providing information regarding earnings for the fourteen and fifty-three weeks ended February 3, 2018 and outlook for 2018 and also made available an investor presentation with supplemental information regarding the same. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the investor presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.

Express, Inc. adoptedASC606, a new revenue recognition standard,in the first quarter of 2018. Express, Inc. is furnishing Exhibit 99.3 as supplemental information regarding its adoption.
