Experience Art and Design –BDCI Operation update.

EXAD is pleased to announce our CEO has received a proposal from Wells Fargo, which includes a total of $325,000 in financing to complete its second acquisition. Wrapped within the financing is a Line of Credit for $75,000 to cover the first 30 days of operations during the turnover.

The supporting documents needed by the bank to close on the financing have already begun to be returned to the bank from all parties.

Since this will be the second financing by Wells Fargo, a good portion of the supporting documents are already on file.

Experience Art and Design, Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company is focused on two primary business models: the re-work of existing oil wells and dry cleaners, through two subsidiary companies: TransAmerican Oil and Metropolitan Dry Cleaners respectively. TransAmerican Oil is an oil and gas company, pursuing either producing turnkey oil wells, or developing fresh oil wells on producing leases within the Continental United States. Metropolitan Dry Cleaners provide dry cleaning, laundry, and garment alteration services, along with regular home pick-up and delivery services. Metropolitan Dry Cleaners will have both production facilities and retail storefronts to complement its pick-up and delivery service.
