On March 1, 2017, eWellness Healthcare Corporation (the
Registrant) will be presenting its Powerpoint presentation
describing its Phzio Platform and plans to expand its presence in
the physical therapy industry, at the Wall StreetConference to be
held at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel and Conference Center in
Deerfield Beach/Boca Raton, Florida (the Wall Street Conference)
The Powerpoint presentation, a copy of which is attached as
Exhibit 99.1 hereto, shall not be considered as an offer to sell
