Namaste Technologies (TSXV: N) (FRANKFURT: M5BQ) (OTCMKTS: NXTTF) has appointed Annie Holmes as CFO.

Holmes succeeds Ken Ngo who will be leaving the company to pursue another opportunity.

Holmes has over 15 years of senior executive experience and provided strategic and financial advice to public and private clients in both the domestic and international markets. She has held the position of CFO for a number of private companies and senior financial roles.

As part of a consulting agreement, Holmes is entitled to participate in the company’s stock option plan. She will be granted stock options following approval by the company’s board.

Board Changes

Namaste also announced two board changes.

Baran Dilaver has joined the company’s board, while Kenneth Jones has resigned as a director.

Dilaver has served as CEO and COO at public and private companies. He also launched over a dozen well-known brands worldwide and has developed many award-winning products for prominent institutions. He has an extensive background in cannabis and consumer packaged goods and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, according to a company statement.

Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Namaste is an online platform for cannabis products, accessories, and education. The company runs everything cannabis store, CannMart.com which provides hand-picked products from federally-licensed cultivators.
