Everi Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:EVRI) Files An 8-K Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On December 21, 2016, Everi PaymentsInc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Everi HoldingsInc., entered into a Fifth Amendment
(the Amendment) to Contract Cash Solutions Agreement (the
Agreement) with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. The Amendment extends the
expiration date of the Agreement from June30, 2018 to June30,
2019.
