On February 23, 2017, Escalade, Incorporated (Escalade) issued

results for the fourth fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2016.

On February 23, 2017, the Board of Directors of Escalade
announced that a quarterly dividend of eleven and a half cents
$0.115 per share would be paid to all shareholders of record on
March 13, 2017 and disbursed on March 20, 2017.
