financial information regarding Escalade’s first quarter results
for 2017.

On April 20, 2017, the Board of Directors of Escalade announced
that a quarterly dividend of eleven and a half cents $0.115 per
share would be paid to all shareholders of record on June 8, 2017
and disbursed on June 15, 2017.
