Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of EQT Corporation (the
Company) held on April19, 2017 (the Annual Meeting), the Companys
shareholders considered four proposals, each of which is
described in more detail in the Companys definitive proxy
statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on
February17, 2017 (the Proxy Statement). The final vote results
for each proposal were as follows:

EQT Corporation (EQT) is an energy company. The Company operates through two business segments: EQT Production and EQT Midstream.
