On April 13, 2018, Enova International, Inc. (the “Company”) and certain of its operating subsidiaries entered into an amendment of its asset-based secured revolving credit agreement with a syndicate of banks (the "Amended Credit Agreement"). The Amended Credit Agreement is secured by domestic receivables and amends the Company’s existing credit facility that was entered on June 30, 2017 (the "Original Credit Facility").
The Amended Credit Agreement, amongst other changes, increases the borrowing limit to $75 million from $40 million in the Original Credit Facility, however, the maturity date of May 1, 2020, and the interest rate on borrowings of prime rate + 1.00% remain the same as the Original Credit Facility. In addition, Pacific Western Bank, as Lender, in the Amended Credit Agreement joins the syndicate of lenders from the Original Credit Facility that include TBK Bank, SSB (“TBK”), as Administrative Agent and Collateral Agent, Jefferies Finance LLC and TBK as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Lead Bookrunners, and Green Bank, N.A., as Lender.
