Enhanced Energy Solutions Corp. issued a Press Release, dated February 25, 2017, announcing that it has filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State for the State of Nevada the change the name of the Company to Joshua Gold Resources Inc., effective October 25, 2016.
