Richard B. Harkey, Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Engility Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from the Company effective as of January 5, 2018 to take the chief financial officer position at another company. Mr. Harkey’s departure is not the result of any issue or concern with the Company’s accounting, financial reporting or internal control over financial reporting.
