On April 12, 2017, Ener-Core, Inc. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing its execution of an amendment to its
previously announced Commercial and Manufacturing License
Agreement with the Dresser-Rand Company, which is attached as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated
by reference in this Item 7.01.
As provided in General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the
information in this Current Report on Form 8-K (including Exhibit
