On August 10, 2017, Shari L. O’Quinn, Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, of Endologix, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of her intention to resign effective September 8, 2017 (the “Resignation Date”). Ms. O’Quinn indicated her intention to assist in the transition of her duties and responsibilities through the Resignation Date. Ms. O’Quinn’s decision to resign from the Company does not reflect any disagreement or dispute with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
