On June 13, 2017, Ellington Residential Mortgage REIT (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Trustees declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2017 of $0.40 per share. The dividend will be paid on July 25, 2017 to common shareholders of record as of June 30, 2017.

The Company conducts its business through its subsidiaries, EARN OP GP LLC and Ellington Residential Mortgage LP (the Operating Partnership).
