On December 4, 2018, Mr. Bjarte Bruheim resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Bruheim served on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board. Mr. Bruheim’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
