On December 6, 2016, DynaResource, Inc. (the Company)
issued a Press Release announcing the December 5, 2016 Press
Release issued by DynaResource de Mxico SA de C.V.
(DynaMxico), which contained a description of a
Lien obtained by DynaMxico on shares of DynaMxico previously held
by Goldgroup Resources Inc. A copy of this Press Release is
attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The information set forth in this Item 7.01 of this Current
Report on Form 8-K is being furnished to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K
