The Company previously had received a notice from the staff of Nasdaq that the staff was recommending the delisting of the Company’s common stock.   to that notice (which was previously filed with the SEC on form 8-K) the Company requested a hearing on the delisting recommendation, which hearing was held on November 10, 2016.  On December 21, 2016, the Company received a letter from the Hearing Panel stating that the Company securities will be suspended from trading effective at the opening of business on December 23, 2016.  The Hearing Panel determined that the Company delisting is to listing rule 5101 and 5250(a)(1).
