On July 30, 2018, the registrant issued a press release disclosing that its subsidiary, Howco Distributing Co., received during the week of July 16, 2018, an award of 146 contracts from the Army, Navy and Defense Logistics Agency totaling $1,016,377, which includes the U.S. Government contract in the amount of $659,000 to supply gas cylinders reported in our Current Report on Form 8-K filed July 19, 2018.
