On August 7, 2017 the Board of Directors of the registrant appointed Michael Bannon, currently President, CEO and Chairman of the Board, to replace Dennis Antonelos as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Antonelos resigned as CFO of the registrant on July 10, 2017.
