PT discuss the contents of a presentation prepared by the Company (the “Corporate Presentation”). The Corporate Presentation includes an overview of the Company, its subsidiaries and other business units, provides some updates on the Company’s business year to date and an overview of the company’s prospective reorganization yet to be finalized, and which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
