(e) The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Committee”) determined to grant Stanton E. Ross, Chairman, President and CEO, and Thomas J. Heckman, CFO and Secretary, 150,000 and 100,000 shares, respectively, of restricted common stock effective August 15, 2017, which shares will vest on August 14, 2018 provided each person is an officer of the Company at that point.
