On September 17, 2019, Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), promoted James B. Weissman to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, which includes his responsibilities as chief business officer, effective as of September 23, 2019.>
On September 17, 2019, the Company promoted Bob D. Brown to Executive Vice President, Research and Development, in addition to his current role as Chief Scientific Officer, effective as of September 23, 2019.>
