Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. is engaged in offshore drilling and providing contract drilling services to the energy industry. The Company has a fleet of approximately 30 offshore drilling rigs, such as semisubmersibles, jack-ups and dynamically positioned (DP) drillships.
