On February 28, 2018, DENTSPLY SIRONA Inc. (the “Company”) determined that Mr. Robert J. Size would cease to serve as Interim President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective March 2, 2018. Mr. Size will continue with the organization for a period to be determined in order to assist with the transition.
