(b) Thomas E. Donilon, a member of the Board of Directors of
Delta Air Lines, Inc. (Delta), resigned from the Board effective
as of April 7, 2017 due to other commitments. Mr. Donilon has not
advised Delta of any disagreement with Delta on any matter
relating to Delta’s operations, policies or practices.
