On November 29, 2018, Dell Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal quarter ended November2, 2018, which is the Company’s third quarter of fiscal 2019. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report.
