On July 20, 2017, DarioHealth Corp., or the Registrant, announced that the United States Food and Drug Administration has granted Pre-market Notification (510(k)) clearance for the Registrant’s Dario app on certain Android smart mobile devices, which devices include the Samsung Galaxy S series, Samsung Galaxy Note series and LG G series, and which will enable the Registrant to launch its Dario app in the United States Google play store.
