Other Events.

On April 11, 2017, CytoSorbents Corporation, a Delaware
corporation (the Company), closed the sale of an additional
333,333 shares of the Companys common stock, to the underwriters
full exercise of the over-allotment option. The 30-day option was
granted in connection with the Companys follow-on offering of
2,222,222 shares of common stock which closed on April 5, 2017.
The Company received gross proceeds of approximately $1,500,000
as a result of the exercise of the option, based on a public
offering price of $4.50 per share.
