CVS Health Corporation (“CVS Health”) is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to provide selected information related to Aetna Inc.’s (“Aetna”) business and operations, certain material risks related to Aetna’s business, operations and financial condition, and certain material regulatory matters related to Aetna’s business.
