On December 6, 2017, Martin J. Power, Chief Commercial Officer, for CVR Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) and CVR Refining GP, LLC, the general partner of CVR Refining, LP (the “Partnership”) provided notice of his retirement effective December 31, 2017. Mr. Power is a named executive officer of the Company and the Partnership.
