Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On January 22, 2019, the Board of Directors of CV Sciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Michael Mona III, effective immediately, as President of the Company and has eliminated the position of President. Mr. Mona III will continue to serve as the Company’s Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors.
