(b) CurAegis Technologies, Inc. reported that after 23 years of dedicated service, Keith E. Gleasman the Company’s President has decided to retire effective September 6, 2019. Mr. Gleasman will continue as a member of the Company’s board of directors.
Mr. Gleasman co-founded the Company with his father Vernon E. Gleasman and brother James Gleasman in September 1996. Keith has served in numerous technical and administrative functions over his years with the Company including vice-president of marketing, chief technology officer and president.
Richard A. Kaplan, the Company’s CEO commented: “We are thankful for all the time, effort and energy Keith has provided the Company over the years and we wish him much happiness in this next chapter in his life.”
