On September 1, 2020 CRH Medical Corporation issued a press release regarding the completion of an accretive transaction whereby the Company has acquired a 51% in Coastal Carolina Sedation Associates, LLC (“Coastal Carolina”), a gastroenterology (“GI”) anesthesia practice located in Wilmington, North Carolina.. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
