On December 19, 2018, João Paulo Falcão Vieira submitted a letter of resignation from the board of directors of Craft Brew Alliance, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of 11:59 p.m. on December31, 2018. Mr.Falcão Vieira has been serving since June 2018 as one of two directors designated by Anheuser-Busch, LLC (“A-B”), to contractual rights granted to A-B by the Company.
