Holders.
On May25, 2017, CPI Card Group Inc. (the Company) held its 2017
Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the Annual Meeting). At the
Annual Meeting, all nine director nominees were elected (Item 1).
Additionally, the Companys stockholders ratified the appointment
of KPMG LLP as the Companys independent registered public
accounting firm for 2017 (Item 2).
The following are the voting results on each matter submitted to
the Companys stockholders at the Annual Meeting. The proposals
below are described in detail in the Companys definitive proxy
statement for the Annual Meeting.
