On March1, 2017, CPI Card Group Inc. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing financial results for its fiscal quarter and
full year ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is

On March 1, 2017, the Company announced that its Board of
Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.045 per share
on the Companys common stock.The dividend will be paid on April
7, 2017 to stockholders of record on the close of business on
March 17, 2017.
